On World Refugee Day, we stand in solidarity with the millions of refugees around the world who have been forced to flee their homes due to conflict, persecution, violence, and human rights violations.
Displacement is never a choice. It is the result of circumstances beyond one’s control. Behind every refugee statistic is a human life—individuals with dignity, dreams, skills, and the fundamental right to live in safety and peace.
As an organization working alongside displaced communities, we reaffirm our commitment to advocating for stronger protection, equitable access to education, opportunities for self-reliance, and durable solutions that uphold human rights and human dignity. We also echo the shared hope for a future where refugees can return home safely, voluntarily, and in full dignity and rights.
Today is not only a moment for reflection, but a call to action. Let us move beyond sympathy and strengthen our collective responsibility toward justice, inclusion, and humanity. Refugees are not seeking charity—they are seeking opportunity, dignity, and the chance to rebuild their lives and contribute meaningfully to society.
No one chooses to become a refugee. But together, we can choose to stand with refugees.
