Yesterday's night around 2:10 am, a devastating fire broke out in Camp 16, rapidly spreading through the densely populated area and causing widespread destruction. The blaze destroyed more than 400 shelters, leaving thousands of families homeless within a very short time. Many residents lost everything they owned, including basic household items, food supplies, and important documents.

The fire has created an urgent humanitarian crisis. Affected families are currently in need of emergency shelter, food, clean drinking water, clothing, medical assistance, and hygiene supplies. Children, elderly people, and other vulnerable individuals are especially at risk as they are now exposed to harsh living conditions.

Immediate support and coordinated humanitarian assistance are critically needed to help the affected community recover, ensure safety, and prevent further suffering.

Rohingya children live with deep hardship inside the refugee camps. Their days are filled with struggle, limited learning, crowded shelters, and a life where basic rights are not guaranteed. Childhood becomes survival, not hope.

Their future is uncertain. With almost no access to quality education, health care, or protection, they grow up facing a world that offers them very few choices.

To the world community, a question must be asked: Are you considering how their future will be?
These children deserve safety, dignity, and a chance to dream. The world must act before their future disappears.

On Human Rights Day, our pain is not a symbol, it is a reality the world must no longer ignore. We, the Rohingya, stand with courage in the face of injustice, demanding dignity, safety, education, and a future where our rights are finally respected. Silence is violence and we refuse to be silent.
