🌍 Proud Publication Moment for HEART!

We are delighted to share that our “Good Practice Proposal” on SDG-4 (Quality Education) titled Educational Assistance for the Dalit Fishing Community in Cox’s Bazar (SEDUAC Project) has been officially approved for publication on the UNESCO SDG 4 Knowledge Hub under the global Education 2030 framework.

This recognition highlights our commitment to ensuring inclusive, equitable, and quality education for marginalized communities—especially the Dalit fishing community in coastal Bangladesh.

📚 Through this initiative, HEART continues to:

• Promote access to education for underserved children
• Address systemic barriers faced by marginalized groups
• Contribute to global knowledge-sharing on SDG-4 good practices

পবিত্র ঈদুল ফিতরের এই আনন্দময় ক্ষণে আমি হার্ট Humanitarian Enhancement Aid for Resilient Transformation-HEART পরিবারের পক্ষ থেকে কক্সবাজারসহ দেশ-বিদেশের সকল ধর্ম-বর্ণ ও শ্রেণী-পেশার মানুষকে জানাই আন্তরিক শুভেচ্ছা ও অভিনন্দন।

একজন উন্নয়ন উদ্যোক্তা হিসেবে আমি বিশ্বাস করি, ঈদের প্রকৃত আনন্দ তখনই সার্থক হয় যখন তা সমাজের প্রতিটি স্তরে পৌঁছে যায়। আমাদের লক্ষ্য—কোনো এতিম শিশু, অসহায় পরিবার বা পিছিয়ে পড়া জনগোষ্ঠীকে পেছনে ফেলে নয়, বরং সবাইকে সাথে নিয়ে একটি টেকসই ও সমৃদ্ধ সমাজ গঠন করা।

যারা নাড়ির টানে যান্ত্রিক শহর ছেড়ে গ্রামের টানে ফিরেছেন, তাদের প্রতি অনুরোধ—আপনাদের এই যাত্রা যেন নিরাপদ ও অনাকাঙ্ক্ষিত ঘতনামুক্ত হয়। বিশেষ করে সড়ক পথে চলাচলের সময় সর্বোচ্চ সতর্কতা অবলম্বন করুন, যাতে আপনার আনন্দ কারো শোকের কারণ না হয়।

আসুন, এই ঈদে আমরা একে অপরের প্রতি সহমর্মী হই:

নারী, শিশু, কিশোর-কিশোরী ও বয়োজ্যেষ্ঠদের প্রতি সম্মান ও স্নেহের হাত বাড়িয়ে দিই।

To tackle the complex challenges facing our region—from climate resilience to community empowerment—youth-led organizations must move beyond working in silos and embrace unified, global standards.

Humanitarian Enhancement Aid for Resilient Transformation (HEART), a UNCCD accredited organization registered with the Government of the People’s Republic of Bangladesh, is pleased to announce a formal Call for Expression of Interest (EoI) for vendor enlistment. We are seeking to register eligible, experienced, and qualified companies, enterprises, and suppliers to provide essential goods and services for our ongoing projects. This enlistment program aims to build a robust network of reliable partners who can support our humanitarian mission with high-quality standards and ethical business practices.

Opportunity Overview:

We invite interested firms to apply for registration under the following categories for the HEART-DDI_031/2026 project cycle:

1. Goods & Stationery: Office supplies, printing materials, training kits, and visibility items.
2. Food & Snacks: Catering services for workshops, training sessions, and meetings.
3. Venue & Facilities: Conference hall and meeting room rentals with multimedia equipment.
4. Transportation (Rent-A-Car): Microbus, car, and field vehicle rentals including driver and fuel.
5. Office Furniture: Workstations, filing cabinets, tables, and chairs.
6. Website & Digital: Website design, development, hosting, and technical support.

We are thrilled to announce that HEART (Humanitarian Enhancement Aid for Resilient Transformation) has officially signed a partnership agreement with CIVICUS: World Alliance for Citizen Participation!

Under the Digital Democracy Initiative (DDI), we are launching a transformative 6-month project: "Digital Resilience for Inclusive Civic Engagement: Protecting Rights and Expanding Civic Space."

📍 The Mission
This project will focus on 4 to 5 Upazilas in Cox's Bazar, empowering a new generation of youth Changemakers to champion digital rights and inclusive civic participation.

🛡️ What we are delivering:

Digital Safety & Security: Comprehensive training to navigate the digital world safely.

Advocacy & Social Media: Developing modern tools for powerful online campaigns.

Support for Victims: Providing psychosocial support and building peer networks for those affected by digital harm and cyberattacks.

🌟 Spotlighting Resilience: Sunjida Akter

This event isn't just a ceremony; it’s a live demonstration of transformation. We are featuring the story of Sunjida Akter (30) from Cox’s Bazar. After facing extreme vulnerability when her husband went missing, Sunjida joined the HEART-Agriculture program to secure a future for her two children.

Today, she is a leader in Climate-Smart Agriculture (CSA), using technology to:

1. Increase Productivity: Ensuring food security for her family.
2. Enhance Adaptation: Building resilience against extreme weather through local practices.
3. Mitigate Climate Change: Implementing carbon-reducing techniques to protect our ecosystem.

🇧🇩 আন্তর্জাতিক মাতৃভাষা দিবস ২০২৬ HEART এর পক্ষ থেকে গভীর শ্রদ্ধা ও অঙ্গীকার 🇧🇩

আজ ২১শে ফেব্রুয়ারি—আন্তর্জাতিক মাতৃভাষা দিবস।
১৯৫২ সালের এই দিনে ভাষার অধিকার রক্ষায় আত্মোৎসর্গ করেছিলেন সালাম, বরকত, রফিক, জব্বারসহ অসংখ্য ভাষা শহীদ। তাঁদের ত্যাগের বিনিময়ে আমরা পেয়েছি আমাদের প্রিয় বাংলা ভাষা—আমাদের আত্মপরিচয়, সংস্কৃতি ও স্বাধীন চেতনার ভিত্তি।

১৯৯৯ সালে UNESCO ২১শে ফেব্রুয়ারিকে আন্তর্জাতিক মাতৃভাষা দিবস হিসেবে স্বীকৃতি দেয়। ২০০০ সাল থেকে বিশ্বব্যাপী দিবসটি পালিত হচ্ছে ভাষাগত বৈচিত্র্য, সাংস্কৃতিক সম্মান এবং অন্তর্ভুক্তিমূলক শিক্ষার বার্তা নিয়ে।

এবারের প্রতিপাদ্য—
