We are proud to share that Youth Action for Rights & Justice (YARJ) participated in a vibrant volleyball tournament organized by JYDA Bangladesh and VSO.

In the current situation, such initiatives play a powerful role in keeping people’s minds positive and mentally refreshed. This beautiful arrangement not only brings joy but also motivates youth to grow, connect, and move forward with confidence.

Many youth organizations from Cox’s Bazar joined this inspiring event, making it a true celebration of unity, sportsmanship, and youth empowerment.

🌍 Women Empowerment Summit | YOSD 🌍

Youth Action For Rights & Justice (YARJ) is proud to share that our Founder, Ayesha Siddika Riya, participated in the Women Empowerment Summit organized by YOSD as a Panel Speaker.

During the panel discussion, she was asked what qualities she believes are essential for creating real change in society. In her response, she emphasized that positive change begins with a change in perspective.

She shared that when people change the way they see the world, they can contribute to meaningful and positive change. She also highlighted that many people are involved in different activities, but real impact is only possible when work is done with sincerity and purpose—not just for visibility or “eye-washing.” Meaningful, honest efforts are what truly create change in society.
