NGO Platform Cox's Bazar Established in 2018, the NGO Platform was created in response to the exodus of Rohingyas from Myanmar

Established in 2018, the NGO Platform was created in response to the exodus of Rohingyas from Myanmar to Cox’s Bazar in 2017. The NGO Platform is a joint effort of NGOs, for NGOs and by NGOs. In consultation with the Steering Committee, the NGO Platform serves to link NGOs in a constructive manner and to provide effective support in coordination, advocacy and partnerships.

Last week, 22 senior leaders from civil society organisations in Cox's Bazar completed Leading Safeguarding, RSH's leadership programme for embedding safeguarding culture among senior staff. https://safeguardingsupporthub.org/news/coxs-bazar-senior-leaders-complete-leading-safeguarding-training

Delivered in collaboration with the NGO Platform and the PSEA Network, the training tackled what good safeguarding leadership really looks like: not policies on paper, but what leaders prioritise, tolerate, and how they respond when concerns arise.
