On October 27th, 2023, The Crack Platoon had a significant event. We hosted a Black Belt ceremony to honor three of our senior students:
Fahmida Ahmed Kotha,
Pinaki Bhattacharjee,
and Puspita Nath.
These students have dedicated a lot of time, passion, and effort to karate.
During the ceremony, Sensei Tulu Ush Shams reminded us that our journey in karate is only valuable if we create a meaningful legacy. To Fahmida, Pinaki, and Puspita, he emphasized the importance of remembering his words.
Shihan Ratan Talukder compared karate to boiling water, where karate skill is the water, and dedication is the fuel that boils it. We were encouraged to hold onto these teachings and values.
We also celebrated The Crack Platoon's 9th birthday. Our guests included our karate coaches, Sensei Tulu Ush Shams and Shihan Ratan Talukder, as well as our advisor, Mohammad Salauddin Biplob. Rupa Didi, our guide, mentor, and friend, made a special effort to attend despite her other commitments.
Mohammad Salauddin Biplob Vai provided valuable insights and new ideas during the celebration.
Shihan Ratan Talukder's speech was inspiring.
Sensei Tulu Ush Shams delivered a deep philosophical message we promised to hold dear.
Our organizing team, including Farzana Shathi, Kumkum, Nishat, Tumpa Das, and Dipa Chakraborty, played crucial roles.
Nafisa Ulfat, a former TCP admin, brought back wonderful memories.
Members and closest Friends of TCP, like Abir, Arif, Farhan, and Tamim, Jannat helped us reminisce about old times.
Besides the formal agendas, the Adda and fun games were way too enjoyable, made every moment memorable.
Two of our anchors Meher and Bushra were so wonderful that no one had any way to loose interest for a single moment. They nailed it.
Our team and volunteers were the backbone of this event.
We received support from colleagues at Khulsi Karate Club and Friends Club, who treated us like family.
Not only members and friends, also some of our parents were there to support us..
Special thanks to Mohammad Elias and Fakrul Ahmed Robi, without whom we wouldn't have made it this far.
An anonymous sponsor provided mementos and crests, and we're grateful for his generosity.
And cakes, oh my god, how can be cakes so good looking and so delicious...
Our honorable sensei instantly mentioned that, the cake is damn delicious
Thank you Meher's Glazed Bakery
We extend our special thanks to Tasfia Garden Restaurant & Convention Hall for their remarkable food, excellent hosting, and unwavering support throughout the event. They were truly outstanding.
On October 28th at 12 AM, The Crack Platoon will celebrate its birthday. Happy birthday to The Crack Platoon
