Center for Oceanic & Environmental Research Oceanic and Environmental Research and Development Center for Oceanic & Environmental Research is a non-profit organization.

It is a self-funding community for the oceanic and environmental research and development. Everyone can be a part of this organization as a volunteer by registration. Volunteers will be called according to the need of research activity. We have a good number of Adviser to advice and also a group of analyst for the analysis of our work. An annual magazine will be published on the basis of our work and thinking of our research and work.
