uals in 9,100 clubs covering 170 countries. Members of Rotaract club engage in a wide range of activities including social, professional and community events. Rotaract Clubs are more than just community service groups. Each club is part of a global effort to bring peace and international understanding to the world. All Rotaract efforts begin at the local, grassroots level, with members addressing their communities’ physical and social needs while promoting international understanding and peace through a framework of friendship and service.

It was long ago. Rotaract movement has just started its activity in Bangladesh. Young generation is yet to know about this organization. In such a moment Rotaract club of Agrabad started its journey. Rotary Club of Agrabad was organized on 26 April, 1976 as second Rotary Club in Chittagong City. Just after one year Rotaract Club of Agrabad was organized. Mr. Rezaul Karim Chowdhury, a young energetic man came forward to lead the club with the special help of Rtn. Shahed Khan. On 29 may, 1978 seventeen young guys of Commerce College, Chittagong got together & a future plan had been created. Finally our club got the charter on 27th November, 1978.

Rotaract Club of Agrabad, the oldest club in Chittagong and 8th oldest club in Bangladesh, inviting you to become a part of change-making, both in the community and within ourselves.
