Participants of BBLT 58 stepped into a day immersed in activities and experiences focused on strengthening collaboration and teamwork at Sicho Arena. Through a series of engaging team-building activities and challenges, participants strengthened their communication, trust, and problem-solving skills while building meaningful connections with one another.

This fieldtrip became a powerful space for participants to set the tone for their leadership journey, embrace diverse perspectives, and witness firsthand the true power of teamwork in action. Through shared learning and growth, this day blossomed into a momentous occasion enriched with lessons that will continue to fuel their leadership journey for the weeks ahead.

বাংলাদেশের চলমান বন্যায় ক্ষতিগ্রস্ত মানুষের পাশে দাঁড়াতে বিওয়াইএলসি একটি বিশেষ সহায়তা উদ্যোগ গ্রহণ করেছে। দেশের বিভিন্ন বন্যাকবলিত অঞ্চল, বিশেষ করে দক্ষিণ চট্টগ্রামের বন্যাকবলিত এলাকায় জরুরি সহায়তা পৌঁছে দিতে আমরা তহবিল সংগ্রহ, সমন্বয় এবং মাঠপর্যায়ের কার্যক্রম পরিচালনা শুরু করেছি।

এই উদ্যোগের অংশ হিসেবে BYLC-এর কর্মীরা তাঁদের এক দিনের বেতন বিশেষ তহবিলে প্রদান করেছেন, এবং প্রতিষ্ঠান হিসেবেও BYLC সমপরিমাণ অর্থ সহায়তা দিচ্ছে। সংগৃহীত অর্থ ক্ষতিগ্রস্ত ও বন্যাদুর্গত এলাকার মানুষের কাছে পৌঁছে দেওয়া হবে সম্মুখসারিতে কাজ করা বিওয়াইএলসি'র গ্র্যাজুয়েট, স্বেচ্ছাসেবক ও স্বীকৃত সংস্থার মাধ্যমে, যাতে সহায়তা কার্যক্রম স্বচ্ছ ও সুষ্ঠুভাবে নিশ্চিত করা যায়।

দুর্যোগ ব্যবস্থাপনায় বিওয়াইএলসি'র গ্র্যাজুয়েটদের সমন্বয়ে একটি বিশেষ স্বেচ্ছাসেবক দলও প্রস্তুত করা হয়েছে, যারা প্রয়োজন অনুযায়ী ক্ষতিগ্রস্ত এলাকায় সরাসরি সহায়তামূলক কার্যক্রমে অংশ নেবে।

মানবিক এই প্রচেষ্টায় আপনিও আপনার অবস্থান থেকে পাশে দাঁড়াতে পারেন। যে যার সামর্থ্য অনুযায়ী সহায়তা, সচেতনতা বৃদ্ধি ও সহযোগিতার মাধ্যমে বন্যাকবলিত মানুষের পাশে থাকার আহ্বান জানাচ্ছি।
