YOUTH INNOVATION FOR ACTION AT RCOY APAC 2026 | CONNECTING YOUTH, ADVANCING CLIMATE JUSTICE

We are proud to share that Youth Innovation For Action (YIA) was represented by three delegates at the Regional Conference of Youth Asia-Pacific (RCOY APAC) 2026, a YOUNGO-recognized, youth-led regional climate conference bringing together young climate leaders, delegates, and representatives from 28 countries across the Asia-Pacific region.

Our delegation proudly included:

🔹 MouSumi Akter — Founder & Executive Director
🔹 FaTema Islam — President
🔹 Mohammad Parvez — General Secretary

The conference provided a valuable platform for cross-border dialogue, knowledge exchange, and collaboration on pressing climate challenges, youth-led solutions, climate justice, and a sustainable and climate-resilient future.

As a youth-led organization from Bangladesh, YIA remains committed to advancing climate action, strengthening youth leadership, and amplifying grassroots perspectives in regional and global climate discussions. Our participation reflects our belief that meaningful climate solutions must be inclusive, locally grounded, and shaped by the voices of young people and the communities most affected by the climate crisis.

Engaging with diverse perspectives from across the region reinforces the importance of collective action, intergenerational solidarity, and stronger regional partnerships in addressing the climate emergency.

We look forward to translating these connections and shared learnings into meaningful action within our communities and beyond.

From local action to regional collaboration, we move forward together for climate justice. 🌱🌏
