Sunshine Charities is committed to her adopted children (Sunshine Children), picked up from the streets since 1990. The charity today mothers more than 500 children, most of them are already established while 31 students at present are receiving education from classes from Play Group to Class IV under us directly the supervision of trained teachers as well as teachers’ assistants who are basically the A Level students of Sunshine Grammar School. After completing class IV the students are admitted into Bengali medium high schools. Books and accessories necessary for education as well as clothing and medical facility are provided to the Sunshine Children free of cost. Sunshine Free Friday Clinic:

Sunshine Free Friday Clinic offers free service to the downtrodden citizens of our city, Chittagong. Established in 1992, with the support of eminent doctors of the city, the mobile clinic would serve the affected villages in case of any natural disaster or epidemic. Since the year 2000 Sunshine Free Friday Clinic stationed itself at the Dovash House in Firinghi Bazaar, Chittagong. Dr. Shushil Kumar Biswas is the in charge of the Free Friday Clinic which operates on every Friday from 3p.m. He is supported by two of his assistants. Medicines are supplied by General Pharmaceuticals Limited. Critical patients are referred to the team of advisers who are senior doctors in the Medical College Hospital and Chittagong Ma o Shishu Hospital. Winter Awareness:

Each year Rickshaw, Van or equipments necessary for a Tea Stall is provided to the people of a selected slum. Supporting Chattagram Ma o Shishu Hospital:

Sunshine Charities has been supporting Chattagram Ma o Shishu Hospital since 2002 with beds to be availed by patients who are unable to pay for their seats. Every winter, warm clothes are given to infants who are under the care of Ma o Shishu Hospital. Chittagong Medical College Hospital

Since 2011, Sunshine Charities have felt the extreme need to support the patients of Chittagong Medical College and Hospital. The charity has met with some of the crying needs of the Gynecology ward by offering them items of necessity like

3) Big Exhaust Fans
4) Curtains
5) Toiletries
6) Uniform to 30 Ayas
7) 3 Delivery Beds for the labour room. (ordered to supplier)
8) 25 steel bedside cabinets
9) All necessary materials for maintaining Health and Hygiene
Leukemia Ward (Ward No 9):

Sunshine Charities has taken total responsibility of all the 29 children patients aged between 8 months and 11 years who are being treated for Leukemia at the Chittagong Medical College Hospital.
