SURGE Bangladesh Where Hopes Awake

SURGE Bangladesh is working as a non-profit organization with the aim of promoting peace, reducing extremism & PVE/CVE, protecting Adolescent, Child and Orphanage through community development and emergency response by youth engagement since 2015 in Chattogram and Cox’s Bazar region by focusing SDG 3,4,5,10 & 16. Surge has 5 permanent projects to impact on the mentioned impacting area, besides we are doing ad-hoc tasks which are coming in the temporary/need basis (for example: Corona Online Awareness Campaign (COAC Project).

Strong Voices, Shared Promise: Recognition Ceremony 🌐

What began as an on-the-spot idea came to life as a youth-led movement, reaching 3,12,000 social media users in less than nine days, entirely organically.

It was an immense honour to have Stephen Rodriques, Resident Representative, UNDP Bangladesh, join us for the recognition ceremony. His inspiring words made the moment even more meaningful for our Winners and Human Rights Fellows, who received their certificates from him for their contribution to the campaign.

With participants joining from 24 districts, the campaign’s Ripple Effect carried a simple message across Bangladesh: creating a safer cyberspace is a shared responsibility.

From ideation to ex*****on, stands as a testament to what youth-led action can achieve when young people are given the space to turn an idea into meaningful impact.

One Promise. A growing ripple. A step towards a safer cyberspace. 💙

একটা থেকে শুরু, আর পৌঁছে গেল ৩ লাখেরও বেশি মানুষের কাছে।
Promise 2 Protect ক্যাম্পেইনে তরুণদের কাছ থেকে এসেছে ১০৩+ , যা সম্মিলিতভাবে সামাজিক যোগাযোগমাধ্যমে পৌঁছেছে প্রায় ৩,১২,০০০+ ইউজারের কাছে।

দেশজুড়ে তরুণদের এই অংশগ্রহণ জানান দিয়েছে, নিরাপদ Cyberspace আমাদের সবার দায়িত্ব।

প্রতিটি Promise-ই ছিল পরিবর্তনের পথে একেকটি পদক্ষেপ।
