“Service Above Self” - turning compassion into action this Ramadan.

Through our Interact Club Ramadan Drive, we were able to reach around 200 people, distributing food on the streets and providing essential groceries to a madrasa.

The supplies included:
• 100 kg rice
• 60 kg lentils
• 100 kg potatoes
• 60 kg onions
• 50 kg salt
• 25 kg puffed rice
• 50 kg sugar

A heartfelt thank you to everyone who donated and volunteered to make this initiative possible. Your generosity helped us share the spirit of Ramadan with those who needed it most.

“Charity returns to you in unexpected ways, just when you need it the most.”

The CGS Interact Club of Chittagong Rivershine is organising Ramadan Drive 2026, where we will be preparing and distributing iftar and sehri meals to underprivileged members of our community.

Your contribution could be the reason someone breaks their fast with a smile this Ramadan.

This winter, Interact Club came together with hearts full of compassion to share warmth, care, and kindness with those who need it most.
Through our Winter Relief Drive, we were able to cater to an estimated 700 individuals, reaching people in slum areas and on the streets, as well as students from four madrasas: two in Link Road, one in Lal Khan Bazar, and Khurshi Madrasa.

Every smile we received, every prayer we heard, and every small moment of gratitude reminded us how meaningful it is to simply show up for others. The experience was deeply humbling and filled us with immense gratitude for the chance to serve.

With the spirit of Service Above Self guiding us, this initiative has only strengthened our resolve to continue giving back. We are looking forward to holding another drive soon, where we will be distributing blankets to those living on the streets, hoping to bring a little more warmth and comfort this winter.

Together, through empathy and collective effort, we believe even the smallest acts of kindness can make a lasting difference
