Debaters of Chittagong University-DCU Where We Debate Debaters of Chittagong University DCU is a Community that has emerged with the goal of ensuring qualitative development in Debate.

The organization is founded on the ideals of Tolerance, Equity and Excellence to create a platform where students of Chittagong University will be able to engage in rational thinking and voice their opinions in any matter. Any Individuals can be a member of DCU with the Approval of the Board of Directors at any given time. We hold regular weekly practice sessions twice a week Mondays are Regular E

nglish Practice Sessions and Thursdays are Regular Weekly Bangla Practice, both days the practice sessions start from 1:30 PM. DCU is committed to give each and every member irrespective of caste,creed,gender identity and area of origin equal footing and resources in terms of Debate, Club Activities and Any Opportunities that we might be able to avail.

জাহাঙ্গীরনগর ইউনিভার্সিটি ডিবেটিং অর্গানাইজেশন (JUDO)-এর সাবেক সাধারণ সম্পাদক আহনাফ তাহমিদ খান রাইয়ান, তার মা এবং তার ভাগ্নের অকাল মৃত্যুতে Debaters of Chittagong University-DCU পরিবার গভীর শোক ও দুঃখ প্রকাশ করছে।

গত ২৫শে মার্চ পদ্মা নদীতে সংঘটিত মর্মান্তিক দুর্ঘটনায় তাদের মৃত্যুসংবাদ আমাদের গভীরভাবে শোকাহত করেছে। এই ক্ষতি পুরো বিতর্ক অঙ্গনের জন্য এক অপূরণীয় শূন্যতা।

আমরা মরহুমদের আত্মার মাগফিরাত কামনা করছি এবং মহান আল্লাহর কাছে প্রার্থনা করি, তিনি যেন দুর্ঘটনায় নিহত সকলকে জান্নাতুল ফেরদাউস দান করেন এবং আহতদের দ্রুত সুস্থতা দেন। একইসাথে শোকসন্তপ্ত পরিবারের প্রতি জানাই গভীর সমবেদনা। আল্লাহ তাঁদের এই শোক সহ্য করার শক্তি ও ধৈর্য দান করুন।

এবং ভবিষ্যতে এ ধরনের মর্মান্তিক দুর্ঘটনা প্রতিরোধে সংশ্লিষ্ট সকল কর্তৃপক্ষ ও দায়িত্বশীল মহলের প্রতি প্রয়োজনীয় পদক্ষেপ গ্রহণের জন্য আমরা জোর দাবি জানাচ্ছি।

আজ ২৬শে মার্চ, মহান স্বাধীনতা দিবসে আমরা Debaters of Chittagong University-DCU গভীর শ্রদ্ধায় স্মরণ করি সেইসব বীর শহীদদের, যাদের আত্মত্যাগে অর্জিত হয়েছে আমাদের এই স্বাধীনতা।
