Our Story

As a nation, we are currently going through one of our darkest hours as we cross over a hundred days of the Corona Virus pandemic. Cases and deaths have kept on steadily rising, as we mourn the losses of those who have left us for a better place. In these testing times, our strength as Bangladeshi lies in our solidarity and unity. We must come together as families, communities and a nation as a whole to battle this pandemic. Those infected with COVID-19 and battling the disease can require Convalescent Plasma Therapy as part of a treatment regime. This is the plasma, which is a part of our blood, collected from a person who has recovered from the COVID-19 disease which includes antibodies against the virus. The survivor donates his plasma, with the antibodies, to the patient and when transfused into the patient, it can boost the immune response and enhance recovery. We are attempting to unify all the patients battling against COVID-19 disease and all the survivors of COVID-19 disease in Bangladesh, to facilitate the Convalescent Plasma Therapy Donations. Our database contains information on survivors of the COVID-19 disease who can donate plasma. This nationwide database will allow anyone who needs plasma therapy for a lived one suffering from the virus, to be able to find a donor quickly and easily.

To create a platform consisting of a database of all Covid-19 survivors who have recovered from the disease and will be able to donate Convalescent Plasma. The database will allow patients of COVID-19 and their families, those who need Convalescent Plasma Therapy to find and contact suitable donors quickly and easily.
