The Aura held its Monthly General Meeting on 25th September 2026 at DC Hill Park, Chattogram. The meeting brought together members from all position to discuss ongoing activities, upcoming initiatives, and different responsibilities within the organization.

The meeting started with a small group discussion, where the members were divided into three groups. The groups discussed new initiatives and shared their ideas and suggestions.

Following the discussion, the Campus Ambassador Cohort 5 teams: Catalyst, Nexus, Aetheris, and Synergy shared their respective updates and discussed their new initiatives related to the Donation Drive.

The meeting also included a discussion on the new initiatives and upcoming monthly events and sessions, with ideas related to food and animal care being brought forward.

A discussion related to the Pitch Competition was also held, along with a brief discussion on Project Shad-E-Shabolombi.

Another important part of the meeting was the introduction of the new Wing Format and the announcement of the Wing Deputies. The delegation of members to their respective Wings was also discussed as part of the new structure.

The newly issued ID Cards were handed over to the Executive Members, and the newly selected Executive Members were introduced to the members.

Overall, the meeting brought everyone together to share ideas, discuss upcoming initiatives, and understand their respective responsibilities within The Aura.

๐„๐ฆ๐ฉ๐จ๐ฐ๐ž๐ซ๐ฆ๐ž๐ง๐ญ begins when young women are given the confidence to lead, the courage to make their voices heard, and the knowledge to create meaningful change in their communities. Leadership is not only about guiding others, it is about believing in your own potential and inspiring those around you to grow.

On 24th August, under the leadership of a ๐‘๐š๐ข๐ฌ๐ข๐ง๐  ๐•๐จ๐ข๐œ๐ž๐ฌ ๐€๐ฆ๐›๐š๐ฌ๐ฌ๐š๐๐จ๐ซ, ๐“๐ž๐š๐ฆ ๐๐ž๐ฑ๐ฎ๐ฌ successfully conducted a session on ๐Œ๐š๐ฌ๐ญ๐ž๐ซ๐ข๐ง๐  ๐‹๐ข๐Ÿ๐ž & ๐‹๐ž๐š๐๐ž๐ซ๐ฌ๐ก๐ข๐ฉ at ๐†๐ฎ๐ฅ-๐„-๐™๐š๐ซ ๐๐ž๐ ๐ฎ๐ฆ ๐‚๐ข๐ญ๐ฒ ๐‚๐จ๐ซ๐ฉ๐จ๐ซ๐š๐ญ๐ข๐จ๐ง ๐Œ๐ฎ๐ฌ๐ฅ๐ข๐ฆ ๐†๐ข๐ซ๐ฅ๐ฌ' ๐‡๐ข๐ ๐ก ๐’๐œ๐ก๐จ๐จ๐ฅ. The session also included meaningful discussions on ๐ฐ๐จ๐ฆ๐ž๐งโ€™๐ฌ ๐ซ๐ข๐ ๐ก๐ญ๐ฌ, ๐ฌ๐ž๐ฅ๐Ÿ-๐ซ๐ž๐ฌ๐ฉ๐ž๐œ๐ญ, ๐ฉ๐ž๐ซ๐ฌ๐จ๐ง๐š๐ฅ ๐›๐จ๐ฎ๐ง๐๐š๐ซ๐ข๐ž๐ฌ, and the importance of being aware of one's rights and opportunities. By combining conversations on mental well-being and empowerment, we aimed to encourage young girls to grow with confidence, awareness, and the courage to make their voices heard.
