জেলা পরিষদের শিক্ষক নিয়োগের বিষয় নিয়ে! একজনকেও মুল সমস্যা নিয়ে আলোচনা করতে দেখলাম না৷

কয়েক দিন ভূমি কমিশনের বৈঠক আটকে দিয়েছিল সেটেলার'রা৷ যারা ভূমি কমিশনের বৈঠক আটকে দিয়েছে! ঠিক তারাই শিক্ষক নিয়োগে ঝামেলা হয়ে দাড়িয়েছে৷ জেলা পরিষদের যে কোন চাকরীতে আবেদন করতে হলে স্থানীয় বাসিন্দা হতে হয়৷ পার্বত্য চট্টগ্রামে স্থানীয় বাঙালিদের মধ্যে একমাত্র স্থানীয় হইল আদি বাঙালি বা পুরনো বসতি বাঙালি৷ বাঙালিদের এই আদি বাঙালিদের কাছে একমাত্র বৈধ জায়গা জমির দলিল আছে৷ মানে একমাত্র তারাই জেলা পরিষদের চাকরীতে আবেদন করতে পারবে৷ এখন প্রশ্ন হচ্ছে, সেটেলার'রা কীভাবে স্থানীয় দাবী করে? কিংবা কীভাবে তারা নিজেদের নামে জায়গায় রেজিস্ট্রার করল? যেহেতু পাহাড়ে স্থানীয় বাসিন্দা ছাড়া কেউ জায়গা-জমি কিনতে এবং বিক্রি করতেও পারে না৷ এমনকি নতুন জায়গা রেজিস্ট্রেশন করাও বন্ধ৷ তাহলে কীভাবে তারা স্থানীয় বাসিন্দা সনদ পেল?

যাইহোক, পাহাড়ে যেহেতু সিভিল প্রশাসন নেই৷ সব তো জলপাই এর প্রশাসন৷ বিস্তারিত আলাপে যাচ্ছি৷ কীভাবে সিভিল প্রশাসন কিংবা আঞ্চলিক প্রশাসন বুড়ো আঙ্গুল দেখিয়ে বা জলপাই এর ক্ষমতায় বলে জায়গা রেজিস্ট্রেশন করা হয়৷ এইসব তো সবই জানা৷

এইসব আলাপ বারবার দিতে হবে৷ সেটেলার কলোনয়ালিজম বা ডেমোগ্রাফিক ইঞ্জিনিয়ারিং এর বিরুদ্ধে রুখে দাড়াতে হবে৷

এইসব আলাপ এখম নতুনদের দিতে হবে৷

As we celebrate 80 years of multilateralism, let us honor the resilience and leadership of Indigenous Peoples and recommit to ensuring that the UN remains a space where their rights are not only recognized but respected and implemented.

খাগড়াছড়ি লক্ষ্মীছড়ির বর্মাছড়িতে আর্য কল্যাণ বনবিহারের জমি বেদখল করে বিহারেরই পাশে সেনা ক্যাম্প স্থাপনের তিব্র নিন্দা ও প্রতিবাদ জানাই।

অবিলম্বে সন্ত্রাস দমনের নামে এলাকাবাসীদের সেনাবাহিনীর হয়রানি, দমন-পীড়ন, শাসন-শোষণ বন্ধের আহ্বান ও সেনা ক্যাম্প ও মোতায়েন করা সেনা সদস্যদের প্রত্যাহারের দাবি জানাচ্ছি।

🌾 Indigenous Navigator: A New Era for Indigenous Peoples in Bangladesh

In northern Bangladesh, the Santal community is turning data into empowerment. 📊✨

With support from the Indigenous Navigator and Kapaeeng Foundation, they led community surveys revealing their most urgent struggle — defending ancestral land. The findings not only fueled collective action but also helped push for greater Indigenous visibility in the national census.

Beyond land, the data highlighted deep challenges — limited education, gender inequality, and social exclusion. Yet, by documenting their own realities, the Santals are building a foundation for justice, inclusion, and self-determined development. 🌿

বিবৃতিদাতারা বলেন, ইতিমধ্যে ভূমি বিরোধ নিষ্পত্তি কমিশনে ২৬ হাজারের বেশি ভূমি বিরোধ নিষ্পত্তির আবেদন জমা পড়েছে বলে জানা যায়। কিন্তু এই বিষয়গুলো নিষ্পত্তির জন্য কমিশনকে কার্যকর করতে প্রয়োজনীয় কোনো পদক্ষেপ নেওয়া হয়নি। এর আগের ভূমি বিরোধ নিষ্পত্তি কমিশনের চেয়ারম্যানরাও এই সভা করার ব্যাপারে কার্যকর পদক্ষেপ গ্রহণ করেনি।

পার্বত্য ভূমি বিরোধ নিষ্পত্তি কমিশনের নির্ধারিত সভা অনুষ্ঠানে বারবার কারা বাধা দিচ্ছে, আর কেন একই অজুহাতে সভা স্থগিত করা হচ্ছে, উচ্চপর্যায়ের স্বাধীন নিরপেক্ষ তদন্তের মাধ্যমে তার কারণ উদ্‌ঘাটনের দাবি করা হয় বিবৃতিতে। একই সঙ্গে সরকারের ভেতরের কোনো প্রভাবশালী মহলের এতে কোনো ইন্ধন ছিল বা আছে কি না, তা–ও সুনির্দিষ্টভাবে শনাক্ত করার দাবি করা হয়।

আজ ৭ অক্টোবর ২০২৫____বাংলাদেশ সচিবালয়ে স্বরাষ্ট্র উপদেষ্টার দপ্তরে সাম্প্রতিক খাগড়াছড়ি সদর এবং গুইমারার ঘটনাবলী বিষয়ে ‘হিউম্যান রাইটস ফোরাম বাংলাদেশ’ এর প্রতিনিধি দলের সাথে স্বরাষ্ট্র উপদেষ্টা লেফটেন্যান্ট জেনারেল (অব:) মোঃ জাহাঙ্গীর আলম চৌধুরী এবং প্রধান উপদেষ্টার বিশেষ সহকারী মোঃ খোদা বখস চৌধুরীর সাথে এক বৈঠক অনুষ্ঠিত হয়। বিশেষ এই মিটিং এ খাগড়াছড়ির ঘটনার নিরপেক্ষ তদন্ত, বিচার, ক্ষতিপূরণ এবং পার্বত্যাঞ্চলে স্থায়ী শান্তি প্রতিষ্ঠার বিভিন্ন বিষয় নিয়ে আলোচনা হয়।

📣We express our unequivocal condemnation of the recent surge in deadly violence targeting Indigenous Peoples of the Chittagong Hill Tracts (CHT), perpetrated by military forces of the Government of Bangladesh 🇧🇩 and Bengali settlers.

These acts constitute the peak of an escalating violence targeting Indigenous Peoples reflecting a pattern of systemic oppression, including the use of sexual violence as a weapon of terror and control.

The surge of violence is emblematic of the entrenched impunity and institutional neglect that has persisted across successive governments, including the current interim administration.

Since the fall of the Sheikh Hasina-led Awami League government on 5 August 2024, up to the present, the CHT Commission secretariat has documented

❗8 incidents of r**e (of which 5 cases of gang r**e),
❗1 incident of murder following alleged r**e,
❗7 cases of attempted r**e, and
❗4 cases of sexual harassment.

Why Bangladesh Law Naked and Diseased in Chittagong Hill Tracts (CHT)?

Bangladesh Armed Forces opened indiscriminate fire on indigenous protestors and 7 people were killed and injured in Guimara, Khagrachari on 28 September 2025.

Sadly, Bangali settlers and Manikchari Army's name not come in the communal attack and murder cases. ridiculous police administration added name of incorrect indigenous protestors.

We demanding International Investigation and Justice for Guimara Genocide by Settlers and Bangladesh Armed Forces.

গুইমারা রামসু মার্মা বাজারে সেনাবাহিনী-সেটেলার কর্তৃক গণহত্যা সঠিক বিচারের দাবি

দেখা যাচ্ছে যে খাগড়াছড়ি মানিকছড়ি জোনের ক্যাপ্টেন যেন নিরীহ ভাব নিয়েছে কেমেরায় যেন কিছুই করেনি। এরাই গুইমারাই রামসু মার্মাদের বাজারে গিয়ে সেটেলারদের পক্ষ নিয়ে সাধারণ ছাত্র জনতার উপর জনগণের tax এর টাকা দিয়ে কেনা বন্দুক দিয়ে পাখির মতো গু'লি করে মেরেছিল ২৮ সেপ্টেম্বর। গুইমারা রামসু বাজারে সেনাবাহিনী-সেটেলার কর্তৃক গণহত্যা সঠিক বিচার করুন। এই বিচারও দেখার বিষয় কি হয়। এর আগেও এই ধরনের গণহত্যার বিচারহীনতার সংস্কৃতি দেখেছি।
