Unnoyon Shongstha" are operated as the name of SOILY. "SOILY" means "Social Organization for Implant Lucrative Youth". At Bogra district in 8 Thana and 30 union with 5 branch office across the Bogra district for the last 12 years in relevant business since 2000 for socio-economic development of the poor villagers especially women and children having its office in Bogra encompassing more than 21436 beneficiaries and most of the beneficiaries are poor women and children. It was established and founded at Ranirhat of Shajahanpur upazila of Bogra district on 22nd April 2012. Presently 30 skilled and dedicated permanent staff members employed with SOILY to carry on implementing all sorts of project including providing formal and non-formal education, imparting training on social awareness raising, community mobilization, disaster management and raising awareness for adoption of social and climate change. SOILY philosophy is to provide a wide range of services to the beneficiaries with financial assistance and training to ensure their basic education, health care, community development and human rights, enhance awareness and restoration of aboriginal people nights, above all to bring poor’s out of extreme poverty and change their lifestyle through making them self- reliant. Presently 30 skilled and dedicated staff members employed with SOILY to carry an all sorts of project including disaster management and healthcare.
