খুলনা জেলার সুন্দরবন সংলগ্ন ২ নং কয়রা গ্রামের কাঠের ব্রীজটি, সুন্দরবন কোয়ালিশন LLDRR প্রজেক্টের আওতায় কোশালিশনের সদর‍্য সংস্থা মহিলা ও শিশু সংগঠনের (MSS) এর তত্বাবধানে কাজটি সম্পন্ন হয়েছে।

বিতরন হলো খুলনা জেলার সুন্দরবন সংলগ্ন ২ নং ৪ নং ওয়ার্ডের ৭ টি পরিবারের গ্রুপভিত্তিক চাষাবাদ ইকুইপমেন্ট পাওয়ার টিলার। পাওয়ার টিলারটি নিজেদের চাষাবাদে ও ভাড়ার জন‍্য ব‍্যবহৃত হবে। সুন্দরবন কোয়ালিশন LLDRR প্রজেক্টের আওতায় মহিলা ও শিশু সংগঠনের (MSS) এর তত্বাবধানে কাজটি সম্পন্ন হয়েছে।

Coalition Building Training for Sundarban Coalition Secretariat Successfully Initiated
We are pleased to share that a 2-day Coalition Building Training for the Sundarban Coalition Secretariat is being conducted on 29–30 December 2025 at the SC Coalition Office, Barishal.

This in-person training aims to strengthen the foundational understanding of roles, responsibilities, and scope of work of the Secretariat, while equipping participants with practical operational tools, facilitation techniques, and guidelines for effective coalition management.

🔑 Key expected outcomes of the training include:
✔ Clear understanding of Secretariat roles and engagement
✔ Development of a Secretariat Code of Conduct
✔ Strengthened conflict management and trust-building approaches
✔ Drafting of a Secretariat Handbook to guide future operations
Participants include members of the Sundarban Coalition Secretariat (hosted by AVAS), Host Focal Persons, and the Start Bangladesh Team.
This initiative is a significant step toward building a stronger, more coordinated, and accountable coalition for collective impact.
