Emperor Haile Selassie I of Ethiopia visited Barbados on April 21, 1966. Respectfully Kemar Sturt, while we agree that the date of HIM's visit should be officially recognized, celebrated, and added to the official Barbados Emancipation Calendar, we can't join you in blatantly disregarding Rastafari's significance to his visit being celebrated.
