The Breastfeeding and Child Nutrition Foundation The BCNF is a registered charity #1169, formed in May 2015. Our aim is to support, promote and protect breastfeeding for all families in Barbados.

Is your baby showing the signs that they’re ready for complementary feeding? 👶🏽

Starting solids isn’t just about reaching six months. Your baby’s developmental readiness matters too.

That’s exactly why we’re hosting Nutrition Beyond Breastfeeding: Food, Baby & Me, our first complementary feeding workshop at the Breastfeeding and Child Nutrition Foundation (BCNF).

Come with your questions, your experiences and even the things you’re still unsure about. This is a practical space for parents and caregivers to learn, ask questions and build confidence, wherever you are in your complementary feeding journey.
