🫘 Your kidneys work hard for you are you working hard for them?

Today, 12th March 2026, we mark World Kidney Day under the theme "Kidney Health for All, Caring for People, Protecting the Planet."

Your kidneys filter over 200 litres of blood daily. They don't get a day off and they shouldn't have to fight alone.

Here's what they're asking from you:
🚭 Ditch the ci******es and alcohol
πŸ₯— Eat balanced, wholesome meals
🚢🏾 Stay active even a daily walk counts
πŸ’§ Stay hydrated

Don't wait for symptoms to show up. Get tested today at your nearest Wellness Centre because kidney disease can be silent until it's serious.
