🏗️ We're Hiring – Construction Manager
HOPE is seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Construction Manager to support the delivery of affordable, hurricane-resilient homes and related infrastructure projects across Barbados.
This role is ideal for a construction professional who thrives on coordinating multiple stakeholders, maintaining quality standards, solving problems, and ensuring projects are delivered safely, efficiently, and on schedule.
Key Responsibilities:
• Coordinate contractors, consultants, inspections, and material deliveries
• Monitor project quality, budgets, and timelines
• Prepare scopes of work, reports, and project documentation
• Administer contracts, change orders, and payment applications
• Ensure compliance with safety standards and project requirements
• Provide exceptional customer service and stakeholder communication
Requirements:
• Qualification in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field
• Minimum 5 years' experience in construction/project management
• Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
Contract Details:
This position is offered on an initial 3-month fixed-term contract, with the potential for extension based on organizational needs and performance.
