YEA Barbados Empowering Youth Through Technology, Entrepreneurship & Volunteering.

REAP Barbados seeks to contribute to the UNDP’s Global Environment Facility Small Grants Programme’s (GGEF SGP) objectives of: environmental sustainability; poverty alleviation; and community empowerment. The goals of REAP Barbados are:

- Increased interest in environmental protection and organic agriculture among youth.
- Increased use of organic and environmentally-friendly farming techniques.

- Increased knowledge of careers in agriculture and the environment and related fields.
- Increased knowledge and practice of sustainable consumption patterns among youth.
- Increased capacity of stakeholders to sustain the programme after the project has ended.
