About the DEO
The St. Michael North-East Dirstrict Emergency Organization (DEO) is part of the Department of Emergency Management (DEM) voluntary branch which exists in communities across Barbados.
The St. Michael North-East DEO, was re-established on the 23rd September 2018 in which an Executive Committee was elected by those residents who constituted the membership of the DEO.
The current mission of the DEO is to conduct a series of community engagements along with identification of known hazards that affect the community during seasonal periods.
