NXT Generation Toastmasters Club NXT Generation Toastmasters meetings are held on the 2nd & 4th Saturdays of each month at 5:00 pm.

A typical Toastmasters club is made up of 10 to 20 people who meet twice a month for two hours. Each meeting gives everyone an opportunity to:
• Conduct a meeting. Meetings begin with a

short business session which helps members learn basic meeting procedures.

• Give an impromptu speech. Members present two-minute impromptu speeches on assigned topics.

• Present a prepared speech. Members present speeches based on projects from the Toastmasters International Communication and Leadership Program manual. Projects build skills in areas such as speech organization, voice, language, gestures, and persuasion.

• Offer constructive evaluation. Every speaker is assigned an evaluator who points out speech strengths and offers suggestions for improvement.
