Honoring the life and legacy of PP David Antrobus, affectionately known to us as “Antro”

David embodied Rotary’s motto, *Service Above Self*, not just in words, but through a lifetime of action. Fittingly, he passed while doing what he loved most, serving others through a Rotary project.

His Rotary journey was one of unwavering commitment and impact. Joining the Rotary Club of St. Maarten Mid-Isle in 2002, David went on to serve as Club President twice, during the 2007–2008 and 2015–2016 Rotary years. Alongside Denise, his devoted partner in service, he became a Major Donor to The Rotary Foundation, helping to advance Rotary’s mission around the world.

Following retirement, David and Denise returned home to Barbados, where they immediately immersed themselves in the projects and fellowship of the Rotary Club of Barbados. Whether at club activities, district events, conferences, or Rotary International Conventions, David was a familiar and welcome presence, always engaged, always encouraging, always ready to serve.

To know David was to know dedication, kindness, and fellowship. His impact will be felt for generations through the lives he touched and the service he inspired.

To Denise, their three children, and the entire Antrobus family, we extend our deepest condolences and heartfelt prayers.

Thank you, Antro, for your friendship, your leadership, and your selfless service. Your legacy lives on in all of us.
