🇪🇺 FPI BH in New Regional Initiative on Security and Good Governance
Foreign Policy Initiative BH has joined a new regional project titled “Building the ‘Serbian World’: Serbia’s Impact on Security and Stability in the Western Balkans”, supported by the International Visegrad Fund.
The project, which started in June 2025, brings together think tanks and civil society organizations from across Central Europe and the Western Balkans — including the Belgrade Centre for Security Policy (BCSP), NGO Aktiv (Kosovo), Digital Forensic Center (Montenegro), Res Publica Foundation (Poland), and BalkanViews (Slovakia).
Together, we are exploring Serbia’s asymmetric and hybrid influence in the region and its implications for democratic governance, the rule of law, and regional stability. Through field visits, workshops, and consultations in Serbia, Kosovo, Bosnia and Herzegovina, and Montenegro, the project aims to map out key instruments of influence and assess their impact on democracy and security.
The findings will be shared with policymakers and experts during a final round table in Prague in early 2026, accompanied by analytical reports, media outputs, and a policy brief with concrete recommendations.
👉 By engaging regional partners and fostering open dialogue, FPI BH continues its commitment to promoting democratic resilience, transparency, and European integration across the Western Balkans.
