💫 Today we welcomed back to 🇧🇦 the PY25–26 YES Program cohort! Students were greeted at Sarajevo Airport by their parents, family members, friends, YES Alumni, and American Councils program staff.

Congratulations 🎈 on successfully completing your year in the 🇺🇸 and becoming part of the YES Alumni community! Over the past ten months, you gained leadership skills, built lifelong connections, expanded your perspectives, and represented Bosnia and Herzegovina with pride.

💫Last night, in honor of April 6th – Day of Sarajevo, our YES Abroad students experienced something truly special 🇧🇦✨

They attended the opera Kralj Tvrtko—a powerful piece of Bosnian history brought to life by a local cast, in the local language. From classrooms to cultural stages, this is what exchange is all about: stepping into stories, traditions, and perspectives that shape a place and its people.

A little bit of Sarajevo, a little bit of history, and a whole lot of connection 💙
