We promote crowdfunding in Bosnia and Herzegovina: we raise its visibility; we train people to use it; we build a crowd of potential backers, including the country's diaspora. The Initiative currently focuses on three main areas:
1/ Inspire and motivate people to launch crowdfunding campaigns. To do this, we write and publish content online in Bosnian/Serbian/Croatian which aims to raise awarene
ss of the possibilities offered by crowdfunding.
2/ Share the skills and knowledge needed to launch crowdfunding campaigns. To do this, we organize crowdfunding workshops and we write and publish content online in Bosnian/Serbian/Croatian, including practical tools, offering support, tips, and advice throughout the crowdfunding process.
3/ Build a crowd and showcase campaigns from Bosnia and Herzegovina. To do this, we are building a highly relevant social media following and newsletter subscription list. We are also targeting the country's large diaspora and encouraging them to sign-up. We showcase campaigns launched from Bosnia and Herzegovina to this crowd by including them in our newsletter and posting them on our social media pages. Paid promotions are also be used to drive potential backers to crowdfunding campaign pages from the country.
