itizens, starting with those in the application, in providing information, support, contribution and humanitarian assistance, as well as connection line between CSO-s and public bodies in the time of the crises (who all we are facing in the last year with Covid-19, earthquakes, migrations and floods) through cooperation among institutions, local and foreign citizens. A reason for this specific expertise arisen from initiatives within CSOs in providing civil protection and/or humanitarian assistance and in emergency situations as well as in finding common solutions concerning the promotion of voluntarism, importance of support, help and solidarity with the minorities, migrants, refugees, people fewer opportunities especially nowadays when all countries are suffering due to Covid-19 and migrations in EU and WB countries. As a result of this situation, we have increased domestic violence, violence on the streets, stress, mental illness and hate speech. What we want to show is that voluntary-based CSO has a vital role in dealing with health and social care in the interest of all local and foreign citizens as they serve, migrants, and refugees, including people in need and all those who are at risk of social exclusion. Partners will try to inspire, raise awareness of voluntarism and solidarity through photography, videography and storytelling in innovative ways and strengthen lines in their respective volunteer networks, especially when including third-countries nationals and representing the interest of disadvantage local and foreign citizens regardless of their origin.
