Na inicijativu desetak službenika Granične policije BiH, JGP Orašje, stvorila se zamisao i želja da se formira ovaj 2.IPA Klub u BiH.Tako je ovaj Klub bio agregat za širenje prijateljstava u zemlji, reionu i Bosni i Hercegovini.
