CIEL Global ponovo u Mostaru 🇺🇸🇧🇦
„Studija slučaja podijeljenih gradova, obnove i uloge kulturnog i duhovnog naslijeđa u poslijeratnom oporavku.“

CIEL Global – Center for International Experiential Learning from the United States once again visited the Center for Peace and Multiethnic Cooperation in Mostar.
This time, professors and a group of students visited the Center as part of their study trip to Bosnia and Herzegovina and their academic research.
Their research focuses on Mostar through the theme:
“A Case Study in Divided Cities, Reconstruction, and the Role of Cultural and Spiritual Heritage in Post-War Recovery.”
On behalf of the Center for Peace, Asja Kljako and Lana Dušić welcomed the professors and students, presented the work and mission of our organization, and discussed Mostar, its complex history, and its process of reconstruction.
As part of their visit, they also had the opportunity to watch a documentary about the destruction and reconstruction of the Old Bridge – one of Mostar’s most important symbols and a powerful testimony to the city’s history, suffering, and post-war recovery.
We are especially pleased that CIEL Global has once again chosen Mostar as a place of experiential learning and academic research.
Mostar is not only a city to be studied – it is a city to be understood.
We thank the professors and students of CIEL Global for their visit, their interest, and their contribution to a deeper understanding of Mostar and its unique history.
