Erasmus Student Network Azerbaijan Enrichment of society through international dimension of life. Erasmus Student Network (ESN) is the biggest student association in Europe.

It was born on the 16th October 1989 and legally registered in 1990 for supporting and developing student exchange. We are present in more than 526 Higher Education Institutions from 40 countries. The network is constantly developing and expanding. We have around 15.000 active members that are in many sections supported by so called buddies mainly taking care of international students. Thus, ESN i

nvolves around 34.000 young people offering its services to around 200.000 international students every year.

🎉 Excited to share the success of the international mobility project - “Roots and Balanced Life,” which took place from 7–15 July 2025 in Sichów Duży, Poland. 🇵🇱

📌 This project brought together young participants from Azerbaijan and other European countries in a peaceful natural setting to explore themes such as emotional well-being, digital mindfulness, and outdoor survival skills.

📎 Structured around a three-part program — Immersion, Breath, and Wind — the project combined nature-based workshops, a study visit to Kielce, and expert guidance from Łukasz Fiałkowski, creating space for reflection and learning.

🌟 5 young people from Azerbaijan actively engaged in every aspect of the exchange — sharing their perspectives, developing new skills, and helping to create a supportive and mindful youth community.

🌱 We sincerely thank our participants for representing Azerbaijan with such dedication and for playing a key role in the success of this experience.
