CRRC Azerbaijan

CRRC Azerbaijan CRRC Azerbaijan is a program of EPF, which collects, analyzes, and publishes policy-relevant data on social, economic, and political trends in Azerbaijan.

Caucasus Research Resource Center (CRRC) Azerbaijan was established in 2003 as the 'research arm' of EPF, with the support of Eurasia Foundation (Washington D.C.) and the Carnegie Corporation of New York. Similar programs were established in Georgia and Armenia and all three CRRC offices in the South Caucasus pursue a common goal of strengthening social science research and public policy analysis

in the South Caucasus. With 10 years of experience in the field of research, CRRC Azerbaijan acts as a hub for the local research community. Since its launch, CRRC Azerbaijan has carried out 21 large and small-scale evaluations and public opinion surveys, has trained 328 young people in social science research methodology, and 66 researchers have graduated from its Senior and Junior Research Fellowship Program. CRRC's flagship project, the nationwide Caucasus Barometer public attitudes survey, was carried out on an annual basis from 2008 to 2013. A supporting program of 'Work-in-Progress' meetings, public lectures and round-table discussions have also been organized. For further information about CRRC Azerbaijan, please visit www.crrc.az.
