Azerbaijan «Free Person» Human Rights Protection Public Union was registered on October 21, 1998 by the Ministry of Justice. The main goal of the Society is assisting in human rights and liberties protection, educating citizens on these matters, and drawing them to take an active part in the social life.In february of this year “Free Person” Human Rights Protection Society launched a new ‘’Online
Human Rights School’’ project with support of the NED ( National Endowment for Democracy).The target group of the project involves citizens at the age of 16-40.The main target group of the project will be young people between16-40 age in the capital of Azerbaijan and its regions. These groups will consist of active citizens, students, teachers and trainers, youth organisations in the capital and regions, civil unions and representatives of the youth groups of political parties.
