Bakı İnsan Hüquqları Klubu (BİHK) vəkil Cavad Cavadov və hüquq müdafiəçisi Rəsul Cəfərov tərəfindən yaradılıb. Hər iki təsisçi Azərbaycan Respublikasının Vəkillər Kollegiyasının üzvləridir. Təşkilatın əsas məqsədi Azərbaycanda insan hüquq və azadlıqların müdafiəsini və geniş demokratik inkişafı təşviq etməkdir. BİHK 2020-ci ildə rəsmi dövlət qeydiyyatına alınmışdır. as founded by Javad Javadov, a professional lawyer and Rasul Jafarov, a prominent human rights defender. Both founders are members of the Bar Association of the Republic of Azerbaijan. The main aim of the BHRC is to promote the protection of and respect for human rights and fundamental freedoms, and broader democratic development in Azerbaijan. To that end, the BHRC monitors human rights developments in the country, conducts investigations into reports of violations, campaigns on cases of concern, and engages in advocacy on the national, regional, and international level. The BHRC’s main target groups are youth, human rights defenders, journalists, bloggers, and civic and political activists, as well as other individuals whose rights are infringed.

Bakı İnsan Hüquqları Klubu 19 may 2020-ci il tarixdə vəkil Cavad Cavadov və hüquq müdafiəçisi Rəsul Cəfərov tərəfindən təsis edilib. Klubun əsas məqsədi Azərbaycanda insan hüquq və fundamental azadlıqların daha səmərəli müdafiəsinə və demokratik inkişafa yardım göstərməkdən ibarətdir.
