50% of the world lives with a cycle that doesn’t always follow a schedule. And sometimes, it shows up when you least expect it.

At those moments no lady should have to choose between her comfort and next lecture.

While some countries have initiated steps toward free access, we believe this should be a basic standard at every modern university. That’s why we’re starting here at ADA.

We are pleased to present the Emergency Box — a small (for now) but meaningful initiative created with care, to support anyone who needs it, exactly when they need it.

Take what you need today. Give back when you can tomorrow.

Let’s make sure no one is ever caught off guard. Because when we support each other, we all move forward—stronger, together and empowered🫂🤍

We discussed how beauty standards shift over time, the impact of bullying, and the importance of staying true to ourselves.
