August is Multicultural Queensland Month, an annual celebration which brings people of all backgrounds together. This initiative recognises and promotes our rich cultural diversity. It's also a reminder that our similarities often outweigh our differences.

As Multicultural Queensland Month comes to an end, we want to shine a light on one of the amazing groups we get to work with here at ZCC - our community English class.

Throughout school terms work with TAFE Queensland to offer weekly English class. These sessions are also supported by some wonderful volunteers. We love watching people's journeys as connections are made and confidence grows while they work so hard learning and practising English. 💖
