We provide individual & community support—welcome, acceptance & inclusion for all.

Our mission is to provide quality community support programs and the provision of services and activities targeted to alienate poverty, homelessness, distress, disability, isolation and unemployment. ZCC is a community health partnership with the North East Community Support Group (NECSG) and works with other community health programs, such a Zillmere Young People Support Services (ZYPSS) and Zillmere Family Accommodation Program (ZFAP)

Event parking is available on the vacant block next door to ZCC (entry via Grasspan St). There will be a very limited amount of onsite parking for community members who have a disability parking permit. If you need an accessible parking spot on the day please contact us on 3865 2880 before June 17th.
