Keppel Coast Arts We are a not-for-profit community organisation that promotes artistic expression and opportunities for everyone in our community.

Keppel Coast Arts was established in 1999 and is committed to contributing to our local community cultural development by:

(A) Hosting arts products and services provided by Artslink Qld (Queensland Arts Council);

(B) Initiating and participating in the development of arts products and activities in our local community;

(C) Carrying out arts related projects in association with other arts or co

mmunity organisations. Keppel Coast Arts (KCA) is a not-for-profit community organisation that is volunteer-run. We encourage artistic expression, provide opportunities for participation in cultural experiences in many forms and act as a catalyst for making our community a dynamic and vital place to live. We have an affiliation with Artslink Qld (Qld Arts Council) and this provides support, advice and resources, as well as access to live performing arts, visual arts and arts education. OPENING TONIGHT!

We’re excited to welcome you to Fig Tree Galleries tonight for the opening of ‘Take A Seat’, a solo exhibition by local artist Mandy Dollery.

The galleries fabulous curation team have been busy adding the final touches, and the gallery is looking wonderful!

Come along, enjoy the exhibition, meet the artist and help us celebrate another exciting exhibition at Fig Tree Galleries. 🥂🎨

Moody Hues was a FINALIST in 18th International ARC Salon Competition 2026, which is one of the biggest realist competitions in the world! It also won FIRST PRIZE in Pastel Society of Australia's Online Annual Exhibition 2026 and was a FINALIST in Masters Circle of the International Association of Pastel Societies' Juried Webshow 2025.
It is part of the 'Two Palettes - Colours of the Coast' exhibition at Fig Tree Galleries in Yeppoon, Qld. There are seven pieces that are either Award Winners or Finalists in international and Australian exhibitions and you only have ONE week left to view them. I'll be there today if you'd like to chat to me about my work or just quietly view the exhibition.

Not-for-profits events like the Sandy Krak Reef Festival wouldn't exist without support from local businesses, council, and community-led arts organisations. There'd simply be no festival!
