A little unfinished busines s.
After the big Sale we decided all scrap or untold tools would be put up for recycling...... so..
Brother Graham and Sister Lorretta of Perpetual Recycling took what was left to the scrap metal dealers. Sold the lot (our final Sale) for the awe inspiring sum of $8.00.

OK, the last batch of photos:
Shedder Kieth explains to Felix where the sky is;
Here's Felix in his travelling gear;
And here we're peeping through the window looking into the bad chamber; and
Shedder Ross examining the "house on wheels" impressed by the roominess.
That was yesterday, today Felix should be well on his way to Katherine.
He takes with his our best wishes and our admiration for trying.

OK, here's a little more on "Felix Big Adventure".

He's moved the chassis out of the Shed and is continuing to work on his "house on wheels".

He's convinced he'll be leaving next Monday.

By The Way.......A BIG thank you from the Palmerston Mens Shed (and Felix) to Ben of BenDesigns.

Ben heard of Felix Big Adventure and printed of a big pile of Felix The Cat stickers. Who knows where they will appear.

OK, this (we think) is important.

Meet Felix.

He's our newest member. Probably going to be our shortest membership holder.

You see, Felix is French (oh, he has all the right Visas) but he came to our Shed for assistance in building a cart.

His plan is to leave Darwin very soon and WALK through Broome - Kunnanurra, round to Perth and across the Nullabour to Victoria.

He's done this type of thing before having gone from Paris to Moscow on a previous adventure.

He's a nice guy and has a sense of humour -the question was asked on the radio "what's the strangest place a frog has turned up?"

Felix reply: "The Palmerston Mens' Shed".

We'll get some photos of his rig and put them up when we can.

More news of Felix the Frog as it comes to hand.
