Winners (congratulations Lisa, Roma & Andrea) of our Mother's Day raffle prizes were happy to received the phone call early this afternoon (just after noon) and they all received their prizes in time for Mother's Day tomorrow. We need to thank some of our members for their savvy shopping & generous donations, as well as Woolworths Yarrawonga for the prizes. Not forgetting the artistic skills in creating such attractive prizes but we may need to consider the weight of the prizes next time. (First prize was heavy & required 2 members to move it!).

Mixing, baking, cooling, wrapping, labelling..ready for Street Stall

Julia and Christina were having fun at https://www.bunnings.com.au/stores/vic/yarrawonga
with our first pop up stall.
Our next stall is tomorrow (Saturday) morning from 0830 at the Yarrawonga Lions Club Inc Kiosk (outside the NAB in Belmore St).
Once again there will be baked goods, raffle tickets and CWA merchandise on sale.
Come along and buy something for mum (& a little something for yourself).

Last Thursday our Yarrawonga and Border Branch of the CWA celebrated our 95th birthday.
Our CWA branch has been supporting our community since 1930 and will continue to do so into the future.
Sincere thanks to all the wonderful women who have contributed to our branch's success throughout our 95 years, their dedication and commitment is reflected in our branch today and our current members will continue to serve our community.
