Today members and friends of Rotary joined Lesley, Anne, family and friends to farewell our fellow member and dear friend Denys Ririka.

To all who met and knew Denys was enriched and blessed by his caring nature, jokes, laughs, noises, high fives, stories, fishing and thought provoking advice.

Growing up in his homeland PNG to here in Tasmania, he lived a full life becoming a bishop, meeting Prince Charles, Queen Elizabeth and Pope Benedict but always humble with his love for family, friends and his community shining the way.

The Rotary International motto is "service above self" and this is Denys to a tee.

We miss you and will continue to do so forever. You are irreplaceable and our Rotary activities will never be the same without you - up at the tulip farm parking, xmas parade, bbqs, meetings and dinners to name a few.

Here's the biggest high 5 to you Denys, for your amazing full life.

Our first day back at the Table Cape Tulip Farm this year helping with parking and gate entry.

Cooking up a storm too on our BBQ with our sausages and hamburgers sourced locally from Inglis River Meats.

Always a great time to work together and meet everyone coming to see the beautiful tulips.

We're here tomorrow and gearing up for next weekend, 11th and 12th, for Tulip Festival weekend.
