The Riordan King of the Mount 2026 is looming large and we are on the hunt for a few good humans to join the King of the Mount Committee and help us in the lead-up with things like sponsorship, social media & marketing, booking food vendors, wrangling contractors, and generally making the event look schmick and run that little bit smoother. 💪🏃

Got ideas? Got skills? Got opinions on how we could make running up a mountain with a 60kg bag of wheat on your back more tempting? We’re keen to build a team that brings fresh ideas, new energy, and a bit of polish to one of Wycheproofs favourite days of the year.🌾🌾

From the kids’ dashes to the cheering crowds, it was fantastic to see everyone come together to celebrate Wycheproof at its best.

A huge shout out to all our volunteers for making the race such a great day.

A huge THANK YOU to everyone who came out and made the Riordan King of the Mountain event such a fantastic day! 💥 From the intense competition to the amazing energy at the King of the Mount Picnic, it was a day to remember.
👏 Congratulations to our new King of the Mountain, Keegan Donovan, and a massive shoutout to Carly Issac, our unstoppable 3x Queen of the Mountain! 🏆👑
We loved seeing such a great turnout, and the spirit and sportsmanship on display were next-level.
