Make a Difference Before EOFY

Every child deserves the opportunity to thrive, and every family deserves access to support when they need it most.

As a newly established registered charity, The Early Development Partnership is working to strengthen outcomes for local children and families across the Central Coast through early intervention, parent education, communication programs, developmental support, and community connection.

As the End of Financial Year approaches, your tax-deductible donation will help us continue providing accessible programs that support children during their most important years of development.

Whether it's helping a parent feel less isolated, supporting a child's communication skills, or connecting families with the services they need, every donation helps create brighter futures.

๐Ÿ’œ All donations of $2 or more are tax deductible.

Supporting Parents Supports Children

Because parent wellbeing is one of the strongest foundations for healthy child development.

New findings from Australia's largest national parenting survey highlight something we see every day at EDP: parents thrive when they feel connected, supported, and understood.

The Parenting Today National Survey, involving more than 10,000 Australian parents, found that loneliness and self-doubt are among the strongest factors linked to parent distress. In fact, 57% of parents report feeling lonely at least occasionally, and 47% worry they aren't as good a parent as they should be.

At The Early Development Partnership, we believe supporting parents is one of the most important ways we can support children. Through our playgroups, workshops, communication programs, developmental support services, and community connection opportunities, we aim to create welcoming spaces where families can build confidence, reduce isolation, and know they are not alone.

Parenting was never meant to be done in isolation.

Every conversation, every connection, and every moment of support matters.

If you're looking for a place to connect with other families, learn new skills, or access support, we'd love to welcome you.

๐ŸŒฑ Why Playgroups Matter ๐ŸŒฑ

Playgroups are so much more than a place to play. They provide children with opportunities to learn, explore, build confidence, and develop important social and communication skills through play-based experiences.

For parents and caregivers, playgroups offer connection, support, and a chance to build confidence while learning more about their child's development. They create welcoming spaces where families can share experiences, reduce isolation, and build meaningful relationships within their community.

Playgroups also strengthen communities by fostering belonging, creating social connections, and linking families with valuable local services and supports.

At The Early Development Partnership, we believe every family deserves opportunities to connect, learn, and thrive. Through our playgroups, we're helping build stronger foundations for children, families, and our communityโ€”one play session at a time.

We look forward to welcoming your family to this session or one in the future.

If you would like to know more about our playgroups or the offerings available at EDP please reach out or head to our website
