Congratulations to our two lucky winners of our Major Raffle which was drawn at the Augusta Hotel at our re-union dinner on Saturday 7th February 2026. Ticket number 140, Rob Gibb won our Seashells Yallingup Holiday donated by Committee Member, Karen deVries and Ticket number 342, Colin Mildon, won the Hamelin Bay Holiday Park Prize, donated by our Land Patron, Jim Challis. Gift Hampers were won by ticket numbers 046, 220, 327 and 350.
Thank you to everyone who purchased tickets and a big thank you to Karen and Jim. We managed to sell 336 out of 400 tickets and raised $6,720.

Lest We Forget our ten N Class sailors tragically lost overboard from HMAS Nizam on 11th February 1945 at 10.15 p.m. 11 miles due south of Cape Leeuwin.

They have no grave but the cruel sea
No flowers lay at their head
A rusting hulk is their tombstone
Fast on the ocean bed.

They shall grow not old
As we that are left grow old
Age shall not weary them
Nor the years condemn.

At the going down of the sun
And in the morning
We will remember them
