A fantastic turnout for our Woopi Ski crew at yesterday afternoonā€™s training session at North Wall Beach! With strong winds blowing the group out of their usual training spot at Jetty Beach, our young paddlers had to adapt to a change of location and some very testing weather conditions. Despite the challenges, everyone rose to the occasion, showing great determination, resilience and enthusiasm on the water!

- [ ] If you require red shirts, pink rashies, swimmers, merchandise pls be at the club between 8am-8.15am.

- [ ] Nippers will start at 8.45am.

- [ ] Free BBQ

- [ ] Additional pool proficiency will be completed after Nippers tomorrow

A great day on the beach for our three Woopi competitors at the Forster Surf Carnival today!

All three got out there and gave it their best in the board and swim races, taking on some challenging conditions and representing Woolgoolga proudly.

Unfortunately, the ski races were cancelled due to the dangerous surf conditions. Well done to our competitors

Woolgoolga Surf Life Saving Club is excited to welcome a new patrol ute to support our lifesaving operations and members on the beach.

A huge thank you to Geoff King Motors, and particularly Geoff and Paul King, for their generous support and assistance throughout the purchase of our new vehicle.

Having a reliable patrol vehicle is incredibly important to our club, helping our volunteer lifesavers transport essential equipment and respond efficiently when needed.

Weā€™re extremely grateful to have the ongoing support of local businesses like Geoff King Motors who continue to support our club, our volunteers and the wider Woolgoolga community.

Our season is officially up and running.

Yesterday marked our first patrol and flag raising for the season, and we couldnā€™t be more grateful for the incredible volunteers who help keep Woopi Beach safe for everyone.

A huge thank you to each and every one of our dedicated patrolling members.

Each volunteer commits to completing more than 15 patrols and 90 hours on the beach throughout the season, including Christmas Day, NY day and public holiday. A truly incredible contribution to our community.

Your time, commitment and dedication help keep our beach safe and enjoyable for the public ā¤ļø

Thank you to all our volunteers, we couldnā€™t do it without you!
