The 2026 ILCA 6 Masters World Championships has just wrapped up in Athens, Greece and the QLD sailors came away with awesome results. Special congratulations to Kerry Waraker finishing 1st in the Super Legends division 🥇! And to Peter Craig who finished 2nd 🥈! Congratulations also goes to Lyndall Patterson our honorary Queenslander who finished first female in the Great Grandmasters division!

Registration is now open for the 2026 Women & Girls Regatta at off the back of an incredible state championships weekend! This is the only event of its kind in SE QLD and caters for all off-the-beach classes, and it has a junior division.

Looking back on a big weekend of beautiful sailing conditions at for our 2026 QLD ILCA State Championships! With close to 90 boats on the water there was tight racing all the way through the three fleets. Congratulations to all who raced and a special congratulations to our winners of Most Improved Male and Female sailors: Jackson Black SYC and Evie McGuire RQYS/SYC!

The much anticipated 2026 ILCA Masters National Championships wrapped up in Port Stephen’s a few days ago. There was fierce competition throughout the fleets with podium finishes in their age groups from Christine Bridge, Kerry Waraker, Michael Wilson and Rob Sykes - congratulations!
