During grouptime yestetday the Wallabies read a book about pool safety which led to a discussion on how we can be safe around pools.
Some of the ways we came up with on how to be safe included being with a grownup, how to call for help if we needed it, closing the gate and taking swimming lessons.
They also acted out swimming and helping eachother.

This morning we gathered together as a centre and enjoyed a visit from the Palmerston Library.
We listened to some stories, sung songs, danced and played instruments (the egg shakers were very popular!).

A big thankyou to the Palmerson Library for coming out and spending time with us this morning!
