🐞🦎 A few weeks ago, our Red Robin families had the opportunity to participate in an amazing Insect and Reptile Incursion with Eco Action.

The children had so much fun getting up close to a variety of insects and reptiles, learning about their habitats, behaviours, and the important role they play in our environment. There were lots of smiles, excitement, and hands-on learning throughout the session!

Thank you to Eco Action for such an engaging and educational experience. We loved every minute of it! 💚🐍🕷️

Balls and Bubbles for baby play this week. See all the ways we can play with balls and let our bubs watch the bubbles fall.

Last wednesday we started baby play and the babies were very happy smiling at each other during the session.

🌿 Introducing Baby Play at Red Robin Playgroup 🌿

We are so excited to be opening up a special Baby Play session for mums, dads and bubs aged 0–12 months 💛

Motherhood can feel lonely at times, especially in those early baby days, so we wanted to create a relaxed and welcoming space for local families to connect, chat, support one another and let the little ones play and explore together.

Whether you’re a first-time mum, new to the area, or simply looking to get out of the house and meet other parents with babies the same age — we would love to have you join us 😊

Hi Red Robins families,

Just a friendly reminder to please keep your children home from playgroup if they are unwell. As much as we all love seeing everyone each week, helping stop the spread of illness keeps our little ones, families, volunteers, and wider community safe.

We also currently have two members of our playgroup community undergoing cancer treatment (myself being one), meaning we have very low immunity and are especially vulnerable to illnesses that may seem minor to others. We kindly ask everyone to be extra mindful and considerate at this time.

Please do not attend playgroup if your child has any of the following symptoms or illnesses:
• Fever
• Diarrhoea or vomiting
• Yellow or green runny nose
• Chesty/wet cough
• COVID-19
• RSV
• Influenza A or B
• Any contagious illness or if they are generally unwell

If your child has recently been sick, please ensure they are symptom-free before returning to playgroup.
To help keep everyone safe, if a committee member feels a child is too unwell to attend playgroup, families may be kindly asked to head home and rest. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation with this.
